NICE, FRANCE -- The 1-C-1-C award is a prestigious award given out only a few times in the history of its existence. "The hardest continent to give birth on is obviously Antarctica. You need to know someone to get into one of the science labs, and they don't like births there. They have made a couple exceptions for people that need only one more continent," said 1-C-1-C award organizer Jess Cristiana.
The guidelines of the award do not require a biological birth. Adoptions are okay as well, but since there are no natives to Antarctica, it becomes the crux of the award.
"Jolie is close, but she has a long way to go," said chairman Indiana Yahya.
